1. What DreamBikes is

DreamBikes is a personal app to build a motorcycle collection, score bikes by category, view a personal ranking, compare tech sheets, and use a Wizard for recommendations.

The service is provided as-is for personal use, with a catalog focused on road motorcycles available on the Spanish market.

2. User account

To save collections, scores, and rankings you need to sign in (for example, with Google).

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access confidential.

You may request account closure or deletion by contacting us.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use DreamBikes lawfully and respectfully, without attempting to breach security, overload the service, or use the contact form for spam or unlawful content.

We may limit or suspend access in case of abuse or use contrary to these Terms.

4. Content and catalog

Catalog tech data is provided for information only and may contain errors or omissions. Always verify information with the manufacturer or dealer before buying.

Scores, comments, and rankings are personal opinions and do not constitute professional purchase advice.

You may suggest catalog additions or corrections via Contact; whether a bike is included is at our discretion.

5. Intellectual property

The DreamBikes name, app design, and associated software are owned by us or our licensors.

Content you create (such as scores and comments) remains yours; you grant us a limited license to store and display it within the service linked to your account.

6. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the service, in whole or in part, with or without prior notice.

We may update these Terms by publishing the current version on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version.

7. Limitation of liability

DreamBikes is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, purchase decisions based on the app, or service interruptions.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights you may have as a consumer where applicable.

8. Privacy

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts that have jurisdiction under applicable rules.
